GPT-5.4 is great at coding, knowledge work, computer use, etc, and it's nice to see how much people are enjoying it. But it's also my favorite model to talk to! We have missed the mark on model personality for awhile, so it feels extra good to be moving in the right direction.

AI Context Management: Filesystems and Agent Frameworks
By
–
Files are all you need! This research paper says the best way to manage AI context is to treat everything like a file system and OpenClaw has already proven it. But most agent frameworks still haven't figured this out. Memory is bolted on as an afterthought. Tools live in a

Sometimes the hardest part of intelligence is not solving complexity.
— Pascal Bornet (@pascal_bornet) 7 mars 2026
It’s explaining it simply.
Take f(x) = sin(x).
On paper, it’s abstract. Visualized like this, it suddenly becomes obvious.
In AI, I see the same pattern. The biggest breakthroughs often come from people who… pic.twitter.com/bHnFK8U3sOSometimes the hardest part of intelligence is not solving complexity.
