Yeah, I think LLMs will automate most of the low-level programming tasks. They will get you +90% of the way there. But I still see it more as a coding companion that needs human interaction and guidance.

I for one don’t think AI can replace customer support jobs, unless you are talking about some sort of chat with FAQ/sitemap system. Real cust support is a prob of deciding when or not to give refunds +determine authenticity of claim.
Accountability is key and customers will lie.
