"CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT MY PHONE!” is a common reaction when people hear about Vipassana. However, to my surprise, giving up the phone was the easiest part. Once it's gone, you rarely miss it. I guess it reaffirms that we didn’t evolve to incessantly stare at a rectangular device.
