Yes, that's the point of Copyright! As a human artist, if you intentionally copy someone's work you are potentially liable and the responsibility is yours to ensure (i) you're not infringing or (ii) you get the right license. Doing so at scale by machines is 1.0e+9x risk.

1. If you allow AI companies to take anything they want, there is no balance only the end of Copyright. 2. Creative culture is heavily based on credits, collaborations, compensation. Also works. Why do you like the option that violates consent?

I'm sympathetic to the idea that tools can assist people, and I understand that you don't think anyone can learn Art (though it's wrong). However, why not promote legal and ethical implementations rather than create misguided campaigns to plaster over genuine complaints?
