Read carefully. Software professions are undergoing profound change and redefinition. I plan to identify and group AI Strategic Technologists (strategic technologists who design projects and have the vision) and AI Full Context.

Fable uses ThreeJS and GPT-Realtime-2 for interactive kid experience
By
–
Under the hood, Fable generates the world with ThreeJS, and GPT-Realtime-2 lets the kid answer out loud, ask questions, etc. As you can see, there are still small issues and paper-cuts throughout (it's a POC!), but the possibility of what this could become is absolutely insane!

Self-generating 3D game fusing learning with kids’ interests

While we wait for Claude Fable 5 to come back, here's another wild demo I built for Alpha School.

A 3D game that generates itself on the fly, fusing what a kid has to learn with what they're actually into.
Just the first prototype, done in two days with Fable.

LLMs unreliable; Trump’s impossible demands require curtailment
By
–
For years I have been saying that LLMs are not reliable enough to be sound. That simple claim — which has never been refuted — is suddenly at the center of the universe. What Trump asks cannot be done. NO current system can completely resist circumvention. Either we curtail

Distribution of thought paths in a continuous latent space
By

Latent Thought Flow This article moves reasoning into a continuous latent space, but instead of learning a single hidden thought path, it learns a distribution over many paths. Using a continuous GFlowNet, Latent Thought Flow assigns a

ExpRL uses reference solutions as reward scaffolds for exploratory RL
By
–
“ExpRL: Exploratory RL for LLM Mid-Training” Sparse reward RL works only when the base model can already find useful reasoning paths, but on hard problems it often gets no signal. This paper uses reference solutions as reward scaffolds instead of imitation targets, letting an
