2/2 All robots in public spaces should be moveable by bystanders when malfunctioning, or at least respond to human verbal requests to move–human drivers are expected to do so for police and fire, and also recognize anomalies and respond to other humans.

1/2 Humanless Cruise on Gough St (major feeder for 101 South in SF) this morning, blocking 1 of 3 lanes, another blocked by construction, leaving 1 open, hazard lights flashing, dead stop. Made 100s (that I saw) morning commuters have to funnel to one lane. Thank you @Cruise
