Thanks for taking the time to explain. I think I understand this as a sense of interconnectedness with the world and its contents which goes beyond utilitarianism. I was in Japan for 6 years, and it reminds me of the care and consideration there which surpassed law.

I agree, in part. Where I begin to disagree is the (possible) assumption that most of what we read (non-AI mediated) is not very similar in terms of being "stolen IP." I've done content marketing: it's all very samesy, with the merest veneer of originality.

I met with many other senior Democratic Party leaders too, many of whom, including Chuck Schumer, I have known for well over a decade. The Schumer meeting was over an hour. He was kind, thoughtful and asked insightful questions about AI. This man cares about the American people.
