Por cierto. Este ejemplo de generación de audio hay que ponerlo en duda hasta tener más detalles, porque el prompt es "play the sound" y eso podría ser que la IA pudiera buscar de un listado de audios el que responda a esa petición. No sería generación sino retrieval multimodal.

I agree that the integration is impressive, esp. early fusion of 3 modalities at scale. But multimodal emotion analysis and other kinds of fusion have been well studied, check out work by @lpmorency I also worked on this ~10 years ago using late fusion

Pero claramente esta evolución de la tecnología va a hacer la IA mucho más mainstream: Al eliminar barreras y fricciones (escribir en un chat, prompting, leer muros de texto, gratis!). Y sumado a todas las funcionalidades útiles -y memes- que la multimodalidad audio/vídeo añade.

OpenAI puso el evento ayer para adelantarse a Google, pero su asistente de voz aún no está disponible: "en las próximas semanas". De haberlo sacado ayer para todos, el impacto social que hubiera tenido creo que hubiera sido mayor al de la salida de ChatGPT.
