How do people get work done using Claude? I signed up for the $100/mo account and it ran out of limit while creating a pack of 6 slides! I pay $200/mo for ChatGPT/Codex and have NEVER run out of any limit even though I'm working on three projects at the same time. [Translated from EN to English]

I’ve spent at least 100 hours setting up, training, and working with @openclaw Read the docs. Peeked into the source code. Edited config files by hand. Walked friends though their setup. Then, I wrote down everything I know. Here it is: The Ultimate 0 > 🦞 Guide ty ty to @lennysan @nateliason @davemorin @steipete @lindsmccallum @elawless for early feedback. gl hf snap snap 🦞lennysnewsletter.com/p/openc… Lenny Rachitsky (@lennysan) OpenClaw: The complete guide @ClaireVo has just put together the definitive guide to getting started with and mastering OpenClaw. Building on our podcast episode, this post covers everything you need to know, from first install to multi-agent setups, plus the real costs and security gotchas most people skip over. Whether you’re brand new to OpenClaw or already running one, Claire’s guide will level you up. Find it here 🦞: lennysnewsletter.com/p/openc… — https://nitter.net/lennysan/status/2039002789666562165#m

If you, like me, just woke up, let me catch you up on the Claude Code Leak (I know nothing, all conjecture): > Someone inside Anthropic, got switched to Adaptive reasoning mode > Their Claude Code switched to Sonnet > Committed the .map file of Claude Code > Effectively leaking the ENTIRE CC Source Code > @realsigridjin was tired after running 2 south korean hackathons in SF, saw the leak > Rules in Korea are different, he cloned the repo, went to sleep > Wakes up to 25K stars, and his GF begging him to take it down (she's a copyright lawyer) > Their team decided – how about we have agents rewrite this in Python!? Surely… this is more legal > Rewrite in Py > Board a plane to SK🇰🇷 > One of the guys decides python is slow, is now rewriting ALL OF CLAUDE CODE into Rust. > Anthropic cannot take down, cannot sue > Is this "fair use?" > TL;DR – we're about to have open source Claude Code in Rust

Haha that is also a fair point. The model is really good. But I am not sure if it is that much better than say GLM-5 or GPT 5.4 etc. The reason why Claude Code seems so good and popular is the coding harness?

Semantic collapse is killing production agents and this team is actually fixing it at the root.

Not patching it. Fixing it. https://t.co/4Vbq4v9q5Y
Semantic collapse is killing production agents and this team is actually fixing it at the root. Not patching it. Fixing it. Nishkarsh (@contextkingceo) AI agents are failing in production…not a surprise. As you scale your knowledge base, embeddings start creating noise. It’s called ‘semantic collapse’ – when conversations run too long, you have hundreds of PDFs, millions of data points to give to your AI. Your AI can’t flag it because it doesn’t know it’s hallucinating. Similarity gets passed off as relevance. Fix your context. Make your agents work. Build intelligent AI. If your AI is plateauing at 50% accuracy and hallucinations are still a problem, let's talk. Book a 20 minute demo with the link in the next thread. We'll dig into your setup and find out how we can help. — https://nitter.net/contextkingceo/status/2038979631144116613#m
