Peer Review Honesty: Reviewers Should State True Objections

I wish reviewers would be brave enough to just say "I don't like the paper." Rather than making up a bunch of extra experiments that the authors don't want to do, the reviewer wouldn't have their mind changed by, and the paper would not be one iota stronger for their inclusion.

That movie scared a lot of people. We went too far in the past with psychiatric confinement, but now do too little. The results are bad for the severely mentally ill individuals and for society.
