Fallible memory ≠ hallucination. When an LLM says Elon Musk died in a car accident, it is generating something that never happened & failing to validate against immense evidence that he is still alive. Totally different phenomenon from you forgetting where you left your keys.

Terrible heat transfer. Dumping all your entropy into Earth's oceans as a negentropy sink doesn't last but it gets you a valuable early burst of computation before you start disassembling planets to enclose the Sun in solar panels, which Earth also doesn't survive.
