Peer review isn’t built to handle the flood of AI content, especially as not all of it will be obvious, and not all will be malicious (lots of scholars pay editors to help make their writing better, now they will use chat). The system, already straining, won’t be able to adjust.

People keep asking "do I need to learn coding since AI is getting good?" I don't think there is any reason to avoid learning anything as a result of AI Will careers in coding change as a result of AI? Probably, quite possibly for the better. But avoiding learning won't help you

Teams Learn Together Perform Better Than Task-Focused Groups

Teams need to focus on learning, not just doing. When teams focus only on getting a job done, they perform worse than teams that also spend time learning from each other. Groups should be encouraged to think about learning for the future, not just on what they are doing now.
