The book also articulates why I've had such an aversion to OpenAI since its inception in 2015, more so than any other tech company. I even said that there is a higher chance of me wanting to go back to Google, the company that fired me, than OpenAI.

Viral != liked. People have a really visceral, angry reaction when they see this stuff. It's pretty crazy, and from what I heard last night, essentially universal (outside of tech). I'm starting to wonder how much value there is in this content, even if it's viral.
