Creative AI’s Success Will Be Judged by Practical Workflow Value

This is why I think the next wave of creative AI will be judged differently. Not by: → how fast it generates → how flashy the demo looks But by: → how well it fits advertising workflows → how much time it saves content teams → how usable it is for product design → how often it gets creators close to final quality on the first pass That shift matters more than most people realize.

My biggest takeaway: The best creative AI will not think like a model first. It will think like a creator first. What creative teams actually need is not "more AI images." We need outputs that are closer to usable. That means:
→ realistic environments that hold together
→ readable, structured text
→ complex scenes that stay consistent
→ less post-production before anything can go live

The problem is not image generation.
The problem is workflow mismatch.
