Also, as a game studio you need to know that you own the copyrights to the generated outputs… Optimistically, the provider could say "the legal situation is unclear" and try to lobby for changes. Pessimistically, you could say it's very clear and there is no © in these cases.

IMPORTANT: As a game studio, you shouldn't pay for #AI services *unless* they take 100% of the responsibility (and liability) for copyright infringement on generated outputs. That's not the case right now, hopefully it will change without there being lawsuits!
