I actually think it IS possible to figure that out on Mastodon – there's an API that returns a list of your followers that includes their last_status_at timestamp (so not their last browse activity, but last time they tooted) https://

There is genuinely no way of telling – Mastodon not only avoids implementing those kinds of analytics, it puts rel="noreferrer" on links so external analytics tools can't see it either
