Can you spell that out? my immediate concerns are mainly around text and audio, though definitely fake video w public figures etc surely has risks.

I vote for "Generated Music". It's only "generative music" (active verb) if you ship the generator and it's somehow interactive. Same for art, "Generated Art" vs. "Generative Art". The second implies you ship the code to the user IMHO.

AI is much too broad a term to be able to understand what you mean here. There's lots of investment in ML solutions in certain domains. Could you clarify what kind of AI and what domain?

Automated Thumbnails and Copyright: Expression Reproduction Issues

I guess one argument would be that thumbnails generated by an automated process cannot themselves be copyrighted. Further, there's no proof the underlying expression was reproduced by the model.
