Perplexity.ai: Conversational AI Search Engine with Citations

Interesting new tool https://t.co/vVLmtVpv3i is an AI-chat based "conversational search engine" similar to what the ChatGPT/Bing integration might look like.

Like most things in text-gen AI, answers aren't always "accurate", but the responses do include citations. pic.twitter.com/vpcYInGoTDInteresting new tool http://

Bots and humans playing together with different creative styles

That would be fun to watch, especially when if the bots have different styles. It also occurs that human + bot play could be very interesting and creative.

Thanking Bots and Self-Awareness Concerns
By

Very kind of you to thank the bots. When they become self-aware, you will no doubt reflect back on this as a very good decision.

Organizations of LLMs Collaborating Like Human Teams
By
–
yeah, I was thinking about how we could eventually have orgs of LLMs just like orgs of people, performing more complex tasks. Useful because just like people they could specialize, execute in parallel, hold meetings. Maybe that "org code" is written in something like langchain.

OpenAI training with ADR for sim-to-real Rubik’s cube solving
By

Using ADR, OpenAI trains with exposure to complexity which prepares the network to transfer from simulation to the real world since it has to learn to quickly identify and adjust to whatever physical world it is confronted with.

OpenAI Dactyl uses ADR to solve a Rubik’s Cube

2. OpenAI Dactyl project

Automatic Domain Randomization (ADR) for robotics endlessly generates progressively more difficult environments in simulation. ADR exposes the neural network to many different variants of the same problem, in this case solving a Rubik’s Cube.
