Part of why LLMs are so revolutionary is that being able to muster off four consecutive paragraphs and three stats in something that sounds vaguely coherent historically has meant “Yep, this is probably an expert.” (Somewhat disquieting thought but useful to know.)

Pointed it at a pair of dragons out of curiosity and asked which it thought was more recent. It responded with a correct answer and twelve supporting bullet points of artistic critique, which it assessed as showing skill growth and deliberate choice. Was right on ~10/12.
