Interesting corporate path dependency on AI is whether you are an Amazon, Microsoft, or Google shop. It is easier for IT/Legal to get AI access through your cloud provider, and that creates real constraints over which models you can access, and when. I see diverging pathways.

AI Music Generation Brings Rilke’s Poetry to Life with Emotion
By

It is has not ceased to be weird that I can put Rilke’s First Elegy into Suno and get out a coherent 8 minute performance with music.

You might not like the interpretation, but it is genuinely amazing that this audio, with apparent emotion, is all 100% AI from the verses alone. pic.twitter.com/6WbkpO4aB0It is has not ceased to be weird that I can put Rilke’s First Elegy into Suno and get out a coherent 8 minute performance with music. Viral AI Prompts: Encouraging Creative Experimentation Beyond Formulas
By

Its interesting how viral my prompt has gone.
— Ethan Mollick (@emollick) 21 juillet 2025
Like with the Ghibli trend, I think a lot of people want very clear formulas for fun stuff they can do with AI. I get it, but also would encourage people to experiment widely to figure out novel combinations. Much is unexplored. https://t.co/YGMYv7C5fiIts interesting how viral my prompt has gone. Enterprise AI Agents Require Custom Development Not Off-Shelf Solutions

GPT-5 Auto-Switching Between o3 and 4o Models
By
–
Even if GPT-5 did nothing besides switching people between o3 and 4o automatically, it would really transform most people’s view of AI. Very few people, even paying users, know that they should often switch to a more capable model, and when you show them o3, they are impressed.

AI adoption early stage, long-term job market effects uncertain
By
–
AI is probably not effecting the job market in a major way, yet, as Noah point out. This matches the state of adoption inside companies, which is still quite early. I am more uncertain than him about the long-term effects, much depends on how good AI gets, and how fast.
