I’m not pessimistic. Just wasted a lot of my life looking for ways through the regulatory maze. Hacked together what I could. I do agree the new administration is very promising.

Limited to 3K accredited LPs who didn’t receive tokens. That’s like me selling $10M to Andreessen Horowitz and calling it a crowdsale because they have 3K LPs. Legally, MegaETH sold to a few syndicate leads. Those leads are regulated as VCs/Investment Advisors. Zero difference.
