talked to a YC founder who asked Sam Altman straight up "will OpenAI compete in my space / kill my startup"

the answer: behavioral health requires knowing if users are actually improving. OpenAI doesn't have that data, the wrapper startups do. v bullish for consumer AI pic.twitter.com/JYpMxEOhRb

ARC-AGI-3 scores agents on how close they are to human action efficiency. All ARC-AGI-3 environments were solved by at least 2 human testers out of 10 (most of the time it was 5+). We use the action count of the 2nd best tester (to avoid outlier performance) as our human

In 5 to 7 years, UIs will be generated/streamed from the cloud, pixel-by-pixel. Phones/etc. will literally just be useless bricks with screens, speakers, and input. That said, UIs won't be as dynamic as people expect. Imagine a new UI each time… that'd be so hard to use!

At the moment, ARC-AGI-3 is the only unsaturated agentic AI benchmark. Sub-1% scores from frontier models on the private test set.

The Strait of Hormuz closure is a stress test for every system dependent on it including AI. Data centers run on uninterrupted power. When energy fractures, so does the digital economy. But AI is also one of our most powerful tools to fight back: rerouting supply chains, optimising grids, directing capital. Energy security is now an AI conversation. #ADIPEC2026 will be a key forum for addressing system‑level resilience and advancing the infrastructure needed to withstand future shocks. #ADIPEC #ADNOC #EnergySystems #Resilience #Investment #ArtificialIntelligence

People in tech are driven to create, and assume everyone else is too. Most of my friends outside of tech don't want to create. They don't want to build their own personal software stack And that's okay! If you disagree, just don't be surprised when your product isn't adopted. Ivan Burazin (@ivanburazin) OpenAI shutting down Sora is the most predictable outcome of misunderstanding consumer behavior. Everyone grossly overestimates how creative people want to be. 99% of humans simply want to scroll and zone out instead of spending energy conceptualizing, editing, and creating videos. No matter how much the barrier to creation is lowered by a single prompt. It still takes effort and a fair amount of creative thinking. Even Instagram has 2 billion users. But hardly ~10 million (or 0.5%) would be serious creators. So any AI consumer app betting on "with [new_app], everyone becomes a creator!" is being delusional and will go down the same way. After all the word "consumer" exists for a reason. They consume. They don't produce (or even want to lol) — https://nitter.net/ivanburazin/status/2036850600701276486#m
