I got my ass handed by Lensa this month, big humbling lesson and that's why I love entrepreneurship. Nobody knows who will win or lose. It can change week by week. Again super exhilarating. Definitely not for everyone.

You make a better OR cheaper product and you will by definition win. If you don't win it's most certaintly because it's not better OR not cheaper. Basic market economic forces at work. These forces are ruthless though. Can be devastating for people.

Entrepreneurship is extremely humbling. You can be the best person in a company climbing to the top but starting a company you'll get rekt by the market who doesn't buy your product. I love it for this. Esp at SMB level it's usually very fair.

It's by default an extremely low odds, if an experienced entrepreneur does everything properly they still have a 95-99% chance of failing. Many times more experience and more skills even has negative effects on odds. Market changes every day. That also makes it exhilerating.

True, honestly, IDK why they are running behind in the industry. since BERT they haven't announced any significant model release. while even meta, openai are moving really fast, even though google has more access to the world's data than any other org.
