As you know, I'm a huge fan of OpenAI, and have very regularly defended the company against unfair criticism. However, I have noticed increasingly a failure to appreciate and accept valid criticism, which is concerning. Ability to reflect and learn is vital.

Over time the plan is to give people more control, for the time being we have to do a lot of responsibility to ensure this technology does not cause harm. At the end of the day, people should be able (within reason) to use the models for what they want. We aren’t there yet but
