that would make sense. seems more employee centric which is good. but if it was driven by enterprise top down some other things could be enabled like having your clone available to answer questions after you leave a company (which is odd and sad but also a problem for many cos)

I think this is more a tool/auth/context problem. Which activities of which employees should be considered part of their knowledge. How do you differentiate questions from boss who has more data access but not your subordinates who you might not have access rights to certain

Oh interesting, i kinda want to play around. And yeah that’s a good point. An easier but less exciting solution could start just by pulling in public actions (eg their activity on CRMs, task management, etc tools) as the knowledge base for each employee
