Have we agreed on the definition of AGI? If it’s having SOME super-human capabilities, computers were already AGI (better at calculating, remembering and retrieving information than humans). If it’s having ALL super-human capabilities, we’re pretty far from it (ex willpower/body)

We need the equivalent of the “lean startup” book/movement by @ericries but for AI. Very different paradigm IMO to build startups. For ex, it’s easier to get to wow effect/illusion of pmf but harder to differentiate/retention/stay up to date on cutting edge. Who’s working on it?

Thanks for the thoughtful answer Yo and sorry if my tweet sounded dismissive of people who care about ethics, it wasn't my intention! I agree that ethics can play a role in model release decisions but IMO they're a bit overplayed and overused at the moment in the proprietary side
