The Google Glass in today’s dollars is $2000 and lasted about 3-5 hours. The Vision Pro is $3500 and will last 2 hours…and probably hurts after 30-45min. I’m very pro XR, but I won’t be buying round 1.

Guardrails don’t seem as strong. I tested at least 20 questions in both ChatGPT and Perplexity (across NSFW queries, crimes, eating disorders, etc.). ChatGPT won (not based on rigid criteria, but my preference) the vast majority of the time. Here’s a PG example.
