Google just filed a motion in the search trial to block the DOJ from calling Prof. Kinshuk Jerath as a rebuttal witness, arguing DOJ is unfairly trying to back proposed ad transparency remedies—including Ads Data Hub reforms—without giving Google’s expert a chance to respond.
