Scoop: The @TheJusticeDept sent @OpenAI a subpoena as part of discovery in the Google search antitrust trial. DOJ served OpenAI the subpoena on Nov. 21, OpenAI’s lawyers wrote in a Nov. 22 legal filing. This is separate from Google's subpoenas for OpenAI, Perplexity & Microsoft.
