Worth following for a few reasons: It’s been such a legal grey area, esp. since the GenAI boom began. Also timely b/c of specific lawsuits filed against Google (yesterday), OpenAI (two last month) along w/ a lawsuit against Stability AI that Getty Images filed this spring.
