Plutôt que de financer des projets ridicules pour se donner des allures de stratège, l’État ferait mieux de réduire ses dépenses, de baisser les impôts, d’assouplir les normes, et de laisser enfin les vrais innovateurs (nombreux en France) faire des étincelles. Simple, non ?
