London has many wonderful things. The ExCel Centre isn't one of them. BUT…watching @richmondalake teach developers how to build their first multi-agent system *is* awesome, no matter where it's taking place (or however awkwardly shaped the room 😬).

20,000 Sign-Ups for Free AI Agent Workshop Tomorrow
By
–
Almost 20,000 people have signed up for my free AI Agent Workshop tomorrow. I did NOT expect this. That number tells me something important though. There are a LOT of people out there who keep hearing about AI agents but haven't had a clear, jargon-free place to actually learn how they work. That's exactly why I built this. No coding required. No prior experience required. Just show up curious. I've spent years translating AI from engineering speak to business professional speak – at IBM, at Amazon, and now for millions – and this is the session where I (hope to) bring it to the world of AI agents. Tomorrow. March 25. 12pm ET. Free. events.alliekmiller.com If you've been waiting for the right moment to start – this is it.

NeurIPS 2026 Announces Satellite Events in Paris and Atlanta
By
–
Following the success of the EurIPS and NeurIPS-Mexico City pilots in 2025, we are thrilled to announce two official NeurIPS 2026 satellite events for this year! These will be held in Paris, France and Atlanta, USA, respectively, running alongside the main venue in Sydney, Australia. Both satellite events will feature keynotes, oral and poster presentations of accepted NeurIPS 2026 papers, as well as workshops. We are planning tutorials, affinity events, and other elements for the satellite sites and we'll share more information as planning advances. Wherever you choose to join us, the entire NeurIPS organizing committee is working hard to deliver an outstanding experience for the whole community! neurips.cc/

2026 Reflections: Building at Scale, Learning, and Enterprise Growth
By
–
Constant Learning is the One thing I witnessed working in YAAS, the people the culture around is Nahi ata to seekho and make sure you learn and do it well, solve problems don't rant, and keep improving. Varun Mayya (@waitin4agi_) 2026: – being an individual creator – separately running 70+ channels @ 1Bn+ views a month – running Aeos Labs (enterprise AI services) – running YAAS (enterprise content services) – 100+ enterprise clients across everything incl. Coca Cola, Cleartrip, Zoho, etc etc. – making a video game (UE5, C++) – 500+ people bootstrapped, green PnL despite *lots* of experimental spend what I enjoyed most: – hanging out with the people who are in this journey with me + board game nights (Dune Imperium Uprising) – spending time mentoring new talent and finding prodigy level talent from our large follower base (our moat imo) – running non commercial experiments with new tech. We shipped 10+ unique projects and demos last year purely to learn and improve our craft of content + tech. – teaching as much as I know before I run out of steam – graduating from mostly consumer products to enterprise contracts What I could’ve done better: – taken better care of health – people tend to make too many snap judgements about anything at scale but keeping Aeos stealth too long was a conscious choice – could’ve told the story a bit sooner – could’ve expanded a bit sooner (we delayed decisions like expanding office space because of fear of things maybe going wrong) – started internal management training sooner (leaders are everything at an org like us) – worked with large enterprises much sooner (rather than with startups). I think I significantly underestimated enterprise revenue in India. — https://nitter.net/waitin4agi_/status/2036078191069278424#m
