I think a hidden sticking point here is customer (author) likely understands that his books are effectively not saleable on Amazon if they include AI-generated cover art, which makes the art not fit-for-purpose, but it is quite possible seller (artist) does not understand this.

I honestly believe that while lawyers will not cease to exist as a profession altogether, they will be significantly replaced by LLMs. LLMs have access to all legal cases, can abstract and individually apply each case to the current legislation.

A further aside: I was a bit surprised when I learned that Binance was on AWS, given my mental model for who can send Amazon / subsidiaries a strongly worded letter. Then I realized, from the perspective of the letter center, that is *extremely* incentive compatible, isn't it.
