The irony here is that most people have been doing the opposite of being authentic by hiding their real authentic opinions online since the ~2016 cancellation wave started which made sense then I guess But that makes authentic personality even more competitive cause few doing it

A consequence of AI taking over is that the people who spent most of their lives appealing to the "norms" of the group will get automated away first because they're the least unique and easiest to simulate Being your authentic self will be a competitive advantage in an AI world

One reason tools like ChatGPT are so lovely to work with is their lack of ego. It's like having a whole team behind you to discuss and research. BUT, you don't have to be conscious of workplace politics, or if they'll be upset if you don't like their idea. It's a joy, really.
