I think a hidden sticking point here is customer (author) likely understands that his books are effectively not saleable on Amazon if they include AI-generated cover art, which makes the art not fit-for-purpose, but it is quite possible seller (artist) does not understand this.

I honestly believe that while lawyers will not cease to exist as a profession altogether, they will be significantly replaced by LLMs. LLMs have access to all legal cases, can abstract and individually apply each case to the current legislation.

You can't afford Google's lawyers, but you can get option value on at least a timeshare of them for $8 a month or whatever. Which should perhaps factor into decisions as to where one wants to keep e.g. consequential business communications more than it does.
