Bernie bros came for me on this Nazi platform when I quote tweeted his Calude ad saying, "at this point, Bernie’s job seems to be lobbying for Anthropic." Lets elaborate. Bernie has been repeating Dario Amodei's talking points for a while now, even quote tweeting him.

  • TL20 Semiconductor Portfolio Rebalanced Up 320% in 3.5 Years
TL20 Semiconductor Portfolio Rebalanced Up 320% in 3.5 Years

I’ve been writing for over a decade about a semiconductor renaissance taking place. That development is building now every day, with hundreds of companies such as Google having become chip designers. This week I rebalanced the TL20 group of stocks to consider, which is up 320% in three and a half years. One of the new additions is Celestica, the principal maker of the TPU under contract with Google. Celestica is in that bunch of contract electronics manufacturers (EMS) that do an amazing job of getting by with thin margins and still generating real cash profits. In a little over 3.5 years, the TL20 is up 315% even in this tumultuous market. The TL20 rebalancing: The biggest thing since the microprocessor Whatever you think about speculative excess in AI, the fact is that we are at an historic moment in the history of computer chips, a semiconductor renaissance that has been gathering steam for years. That very profound change is sending ripples through the tech market. Nvidia is a big part of the story. Here are other ways an investor can capture the seismic shift. thetechnologyletter.com $CLS

Google Stitch: The Free Figma Killer with DESIGN.md

Google just released its Figma Killer. It's called Stitch. It's free. And it introduces a concept that devs will love: DESIGN.md 👇 Full video
    https://mkc.sh/google-stitch What is it?
→ You describe your app in natural language
    → AI generates high-fidelity UI
→ You export to React / HTML
→ And you connect it to Claude Code via MCP DESIGN.md is the CLAUDE.md of design:
A markdown file that describes your design system, portable between projects and tools. I tested everything live. The good, the bad, and my honest opinion. [Translated from EN to English]

  • Pokémon Go Players Unknowingly Trained Delivery Robots

Every Pokémon Go player unknowingly trained future robots. Over the years, players photographed 30 billion images from cities around the world. And now that data is teaching delivery robots to navigate streets. Niantic (company behind Pokémon Go), spun out an AI company called Niantic Spatial that's turning years of player data into a visual positioning system for machines. When 500 million people installed the game and pointed their phones at buildings, landmarks, and street corners, they were also capturing detailed location data that normal GPS can't match: > GPS signals bounce off skyscrapers and lose accuracy by up to 50 meters in dense cities. > That's a dealbreaker for sidewalk delivery robots that need to stop at exactly the right point. > Niantic Spatial trained a model on those 30 billion images to pinpoint a robot's exact location based on what its cameras see, not satellite signals. > Delivery startup Coco Robotics is the first partner, using the system to guide thousands of robots across LA, Chicago, and Miami. Don't think anyone thought they were training robots when they were chasing Pikachu during COVID.

  • Google achieves 1 GW flexible demand milestone in cloud infrastructure

Google is now the first cloud provider to integrate 1 GW of flexible demand into long-term utility contracts. Our ability to shift or reduce our energy demand when it’s needed can help utility companies balance supply/ demand and plan for future capacity needs. This is a big milestone for responsible data center growth and helps keep costs lower for local communities. blog.google/innovation-and-a…
