The Quest is build around a phone while the Vision Pro is built around a Macbook. The hardware is more capable (and needs quite a bit more power). The Quest cannot draw enough polygons for a good flight simulator, while the Vision Pro should have no trouble.

It definitely took me some adjustment, but once you get used to it, it's wild how fast it is to move across UIs. My main complaint is that because you still see some of the views behind your main focus, sometimes these views are interactive and sometimes they are not.
