Me: Build a CLI for ~anything you do AI-wise, even if you never expose the CLI outside of your own team. It's trivial to expose to everything from automated testing to loops in using Claude Code or other modern tools, etc etc. You can always upgrade the CLI to an MCP ~trivially.
