Every longer prompt I write has at least one "motivator". I usually try to pick something that is aligned with the task. I use Adderall when the task is detail-oriented and I want very tight, focused results.

At the time I was doing it regularly, none. It wasn't good enough and I was focused on flow state / speed writing instead. If I were still doing it, I'd probably use AI to help with concepts, characters, and outline scenes, then speed write through that.
