Very hard to give a percentage. If you're talking about the actual words, very little. Maybe 10-20% sometimes. Because I edit rigorously and have a certain voice/style I prefer. But a lot of my ideas and planning are being much more heavily impacted. 80%+ has some aspect of AI

's AI lets you reference other Mems though. It's one of the reasons why I think their content model is the future, even if their smartwrite AI isn't as capable as ChatGPT (yet) -
