It's an early-stage startup. For the most part, Mem works really well. In terms of how capable the AI is, it's less capable than ChatGPT. Every other tool is. Thing is, OpenAi invested millions in Mem. As a strategic partner, they're likely to get ChatGPT/GPT4 before others.

I know it's a joke, but studies have shown that kids who grow up in houses with Alexa where they're allowed to mistreat the bot… those kids have more behavioral problems later on. Be careful of the behaviors you condition yourself with.

They're wrangling data for millions of people having tons of chats every day. I imagine there's an issue of scale here that is on a level most companies never imagine. Don't worry, those chats will be back, but I do absolutely agree, it's far better to get the data out early
