Whenever a new foundational model comes I like to run my best megaprompts in it. Gemini Ultra has been awesome at this. So is Claude-3. But Claude-3 has a huge context window. Praying Gemini Ultra will get one soon. I need those tokens!

For someone like you, the new Build Powerful GPTs course has a ton of prompt engineering baked into it. It's a pretty quick course and it'll leave you better at prompting even if you don't build GPTs or bots that often. I think you'd enjoy it.

GPT-4 Humor Capabilities and the Challenge of Original Comedy
By
–
Agree the gpt-4 is the closest to true humor. Still, when doing joke prompts I like to add names of comics or other information (“standup, absurd, etc”) to get better results. Funny original humor is still one of the lowest success rate tasks for an llm imo. Tough challenge

For a megaprompt addict like myself, the new Claude-3 steerability sounds AMAZING. (Also, love that I may not get as many false-positive refusals, like when I ask the model to write a spikey point of view…)

Sarcastic reassurance about not being ChatGPT
By

Don't worry, Pratik, I'm pretty sure you're not ChatGPT. Unless ChatGPT has learned how to make sarcastic comments about itself. In which case, we're all doomed.
