Haha, for sure! As much as I believe compute is important, you still need an extreme level of expertise. Karpathy recently said it too, the biggest bottleneck is not the hardware, but the people who know how to operate it efficiently.

Oh cool! I would say there was a time when code interpreter was so much better at coding than regular GPT-4 that I used it a lot, until it got nerfed, lol

I saved their website as an homepage bookmark and it works really well! And I am curious to know what you use code interpretation for the most. If I could install my own packages, it would be amazing, but it never really became an integral part of my workflow

And I am building every new feature in my product around Haiku, because it's just THAT good. Realistically, there is not a real difference there between GPT-4 and Opus, but for us working in the space, even a 2% increase in productivity means a lot.

Honestly, the wildest thing about this whole Claude 3 > GPT-4 is how easy it is to just… switch?? I've rarely used ChatGPT since the day Opus launched, or the OA APIs. There's no "stickiness" in AI experiences, at least not yet. Not until better agentic frameworks drop.
