Yeah, that's one of the interesting things about the OpenClaw revolution. We're keeping our private data from being sold to others for advertising purposes, and we're also keeping our private knowledge to ourselves so that we can use it without being monetized by the big AI

Local AI hardware changes development approach

Alex bought a $10,000 Mac to run @openclaw with powerful local models. He isn’t alone. Know a guy with several NVIDIA H200’s in his house. Now that I am building I get it. Having your own local AI changes your whole approach to building with AI. I can’t afford that and running

Not how algorithms work. If you don't give them signal they will show you shit. If you give them more signal, they will serve you better. Lists are MAJOR SIGNAL.

AI development costs and tradeoffs for builders

Everyone who is developing things on AI is having to face the costs of building and automating things. Understanding the costs, benefits, and tradeoffs of various models, companies, etc quickly becomes job #1 if you are building anything substantial. It's one thing I'm trying

I spent all day today with AI geniuses in San Francisco. Nobody's losing their minds, but we all realize we're heading into a new world—one that is hard to recognize from where we're at right now. In ten years, we're going to have 500 million robots in the world (maybe more,
