Overall, I'm impressed with Comet — it's the first agent (slash AI-native browser) that is actually sticking with me. It's very good for a beta product. I expect it to become even more useful with extended memory and longer, complex workflows The AI browsing wars are here

USE CASE 3: Summarize any YT video with a click
— Rowan Cheung (@rowancheung) 16 juillet 2025
You can summarize + chat with any long YT video and get key moments
This is also possible in Gemini, but having it in the browser means you can watch the video AND chat/learn with Comet in the side tab at the same time pic.twitter.com/U7lrVnCptXUSE CASE 3: Summarize any YT video with a click You can summarize + chat with any long YT video and get key moments This is also possible in Gemini, but having it in the browser means you can watch the video AND chat/learn with Comet in the side tab at the same time

With the Google Cal and Gmail integrations, it can summarize emails, schedule meetings, and manager calendar events directly from the browser
It's weird that Google hasn't done this yet pic.twitter.com/GcQWriJldXUSE CASE 1: Email and Calendar management With the Google Cal and Gmail integrations, it can summarize emails, schedule meetings, and manager calendar events directly from the browser It's weird that Google hasn't done this yet

Perplexity Comet Agent Review: Workflow Integration Benefits
By
–
Perplexity Comet is not like other agents I’ve been testing it all week, and it’s starting to actually *stick* Having in-page data context and plugging it directly into tabs makes it so much easier to add to my workflow An honest review with a few use cases (and caveats):

Perplexity AI Limitations: Privacy Concerns and Access Restrictions
By
–
First, the caveats: – It's still early, and struggles with longer workflows
– Most data is retained by Perplexity (privacy concern)
– Only available to Max users ($200/mo) or free with an invitation code (we just dropped 500 codes in The Rundown University) -

China’s best model awaiting its mainstream breakthrough moment
By

It hasn't had its “DeepSeek moment” yet, even though it's hands down China's best model now Probably due to hype around Grok But based on my TL it looks like people are finally starting to take notice (DeepSeek took a few days before it hit mainstream)
