Lots of tweaking with AI but soldiers are starting to move around naturally now, really cool :O

Ok I kinda got animated soldiers now to work

On the server I used Blender to compile the FBX animations into one GLB that has the soldier model and all its animations like walking and running etc

It's still bit buggy but the dying animations look great
