Tiny-agents: Configure custom AI agents locally with PROMPT.md

Optionally, you can add a http://
PROMPT.md file to override the default Agent prompt. Then just point tiny-agents to your local folder: npx @huggingface/tiny-agents run ./my-agent Voilà!
