PSA: Stop running local MCP servers. The folks at futuresearch were pwned when a local MCP server pulled in an impacted package. Always run your MCP servers remotely. The blast radius should be limited to the container that it runs in. If you're impacted by the LiteLLM incident and looking for strategies to move to a remote MCP architecture for your company, @MintMCP_AI can help you. DM me.

MCP Apps are a better replacement for elicitation We build an enterprise MCP gateway, and on first use of a service, users have to authenticate with the underlying MCP service. MCP apps can be a rich, in context experience that supplants elicitation.
