I think they'll probably need to build a chat -> dashboard feature where you can see the answers to your commonly asked questions, and have those answers be updated in realtime.

One thing that Shopify will learn here IMO, is that chat bots are good for asking a question for the first time like: "What's our projected revenue in Q1 2024?" But once you've asked this once, you're not going to want to type it in again day after day.

It's an entirely different way to build and share software. A bit more bespoke (like tailored suits), collaborative, and lower-scale—I probably wouldn't do this with millions of people. But there's a lot of power here…
