College Accountability: Refunding Tuition for Worthless Degrees

I think there are so many good ideas here. Another I see far too little discussion on making colleges take responsibility. Maybe if schools had to refund tuition if the degrees granted are worthless it would cause them to be more focused on student success, would be a huge
